Q: Do you only provide services on the water?
A: No. We also build decks and gazebos or other outdoor structures that enhance your enjoyment of waterfront living.
Q: Do you give Free Estimates?
A: YES! We would need to schedule a Consultation time and meet you on site. In some cases, we can gather the information from your site and communicate with you via telephone/email afterwards. Q: I want dock built; when is the best time of year to get started?
A: We work year round so... when you're ready to start on your project, so are we!
Q: Do I have to get a Permit in order to build on the lake?
A: Permitting can be complicated and there’s no simple answer to this question. Rest assured, we can do all this work for you. If you’re increasing the square footage or changing the original footprint in any way, the answer is always yes. Let us walk you through this part. See our PERMITTING section to learn more.
Q: Do you provide Dredging Services?
A: We are currently not setup for dredging.
Q: Do you sell and install jet ski and boat lifts?
A: We install any equipment you want to manufacturers’ specifications.
Q: What materials do you work with for docks and seawalls?
A: We use marine quality pressure treated wood for a variety of marine structures and pressure treated wood or aluminum for seawalls.
Q: What deposit do you require before you begin work on a dock building or related project?
A: In most cases we require no money up front other than the cost of permitting. Once a contract has been been agreed upon a deposit of 50% down is required.
Q: How long does it typically take to finish building a dock?
A: Depending on the size and difficulty of your project the average time it takes to complete a dock is 2-3 weeks.
