Creative Marine Construction Estimating Process
All estimates are provided free of charge.
We will come to you to discuss your project and as part of the process, survey the construction location, discuss client requirments and determine the best options that fit within a defined budget. It is not possible to give an estimate without viewing the proposed construction site because of various factors, such as lake bed condition and water depth that can affect the overall cost.
During the survey, we check current water depths and determine lake bed conditions. We also pull historical information on lake levels as part of the process. Our portfolio is always available to help you visualize the project and select options that will best serve your needs.
With this information we then prepare a detailed estimate that includes drawings to show what the structure will look like when completed, payment schedules, and projected completion date. Estimates are usually completed within 3 days of the first meeting and are personally delivered so that we may answer any additional questions you may have. The estimate can be updated at any time to account for changes in the design of your project.
