Boathouses

A boathouse protects your boat by sheltering it from sun and weather and by keeping the hull out of the water when not in use.

All Creative Marine Construction boathouses come complete with 4- point lift systems which can lift up to 5,600 lbs and include fully adjustable boat supports.

The average size for a boathouse is 12' x 24' which accommodates over 95% of all boats used by lake owners; but your custom designed boathouse can be any size you need.

Your boathouse is constructed with heavy duty framing bolted to pilings set deep into the lakebed to better support the weight of your boat
The roof is secured to resist even hurricane strength winds.

We also design your boathouse with convience and comfort in mind with plenty of headroom under the roof, benches that are a little deeper and have backs that are sloped for complete comfort.
All bench and rail surfaces are routed and sanded for a smooth finish that will not scratch or tear clothes.

Boathouses may also include extra amenities such as, outdoor recreation centers with tables & benches, swim ladders, water faucets for vessel washdown and more!
